CIRCUIT CLASS

Aims to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and cardiovascular fitness. Uses equipment such as exercise bikes, cross-trainer, rowing machine, stepper, balance balls and resistance bands.
Tuesday 8.30am  Duration – 50 mins   Cost – $25

TAI CHI

Slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, suppleness and mental alertness. Also shown to assist in the prevention of falls.
Tues 9.30am, Thurs 11am  Duration – 1 hour   Cost – $15

STRENGTH & BALANCE CLASS

A research based class to improve balance by strengthening leg muscles, improving reflex reactions, increasing core stability and challenging balance in different positions.

PERSONAL PROGRAM

Not available until October

An initial individual assessment identifies problems and concerns so we can develop a customised exercise program with advice and progression as necessary. Recommended for people who have not exercised regularly or those recovering from an accident or surgery.
